Job Description
Working fairly independently, formulates and defines systems scope and objectives. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex projects, and often multiple phases of a project. Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written. Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents programs. Works at the highest technical level of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming. Works company wide, in multi-platform environments, on multiple project assignments.
Responsible for design/modification and implementation of company compliance system database.
The work location for this role will be in Ohio (multiple locations available)

Additional Responsibilities may include:
Creating, modifying, and debugging Oracle APEX applications. (Version 19.1).
Writing Oracle SQL statements to extract data from databases.
Creating, modifying, and debugging PL/SQL programs.
Utilizing JavaScript, CSS, and HTML to enhance APEX applications.
Interacting with web services utilizing Oracle APEX and PL/SQL.
Preparing functional and system specifications.
Developing data models and system designs.
Developing complex program code.
Testing application and evaluating results for accuracy, timelines and integrative features.
Preparing documentation.

5+ years of work experience is required in:
Oracle APEX working knowledge of APEX 19.1 preferred
JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and HTML


5+ years of work experience is required in:
Oracle Database working knowledge of Oracle 19c preferred
SQL, PL/SQL programming
What are the top nice to have skill sets?

7+ years of work experience is required in:
o Oracle APEX working knowledge of APEX 19.1 preferred
o JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and HTML

7+ years of work experience is required in:
o Oracle Database working knowledge of Oracle 19c preferred
o SQL, PL/SQL programming
What soft skill requirements do you have (team fit and personality requirements)?

Skills:
Strong designing, development, and troubleshooting skills. Good oral and written communication skills are required.
