- High School diploma; degree in Accounting or Finance preferred;
- At least two years experience in a similar position;
- Knowledge of UltiPro payroll system is plus;
- Highly proficient with MS Office programs, especially Excel;
- Great attention to detail;
- Great customer service skills and important sense of discretion.
- Process payroll and maintain complete documentation;
- Process and prepare payments for taxes, benefits and other third parties;
- Submit records of employment to various agencies upon request;
- Assist with performing all activities required for payroll month end (Accounting, reconciliation of accounts, etc.);
- Coordinate year-end reconciliations and transactions;
- Ensure accuracy in vacation/holidays and absences;
- Respond to payroll inquiries from employees;
- Provide support to our internal and external clients.
