    As a lead full stack developer at Booz Allen, you'll oversee a team as they learn new tools and te chn iques and identify needed system improvements.

    You'll help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and te chn ologies. You'll make sure the solution developed by the team considers the

    current

    architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements.

    You Have:

    11+ years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing

    sof tware programming applications using agile methods
    11+ years of experience with

    sof tware development with basic programming languages, te chn ologies, tools, or web development stacks
    Experience with Agile methodology, extreme programming,

    sof tware engineering, product management, and

    sof tware products
    Experience writing source code for new applications or generating and enhancing code samples for existing applications
    Experience using back-end and front-end languages to develop complete solutions
    Experience mentoring or supervising employees within a collaborative team environment
    Experience acquiring client requirements and resolving workflow problems through automation optimization
    TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a scientific field
    Nice If

    You Have:

    Experience working with automated testing tools to perform testing and maintenance
    Experience with Java, Python, C#, C / C++, .NET, JavaScript, React, NodeJS,Angular, or PHP
    Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a scientific field
    Cloud certifications such as AWS or Azure

    Clearance:

    Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

    The projected compensation range for this position is $106,200.00 to $242, annualized USD).

    The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
