    Vetted is seeking a RN - Home Health for a travel job in Federal Way, Washington.

    Must have 2+ years of experience.

    This contract pays approximately $12,430/month gross.

    Assignment details:

    • Contract length: 14 weeks
    • Shift length: 8 hour shifts
    • Hours per week: 40
    • Start Date: ASAP

    Job responsibilities:

    • Support care coordination activities across providers to promote continuity of care.
    • Administer ordered therapies and monitor for adverse reactions or changes in condition.
    • Coordinate scheduling, referrals, and follow-up care with clinical and administrative teams.
    • Communicate clinically relevant updates to providers to support timely decision-making.
    • Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
