    is in search of a Content Strategist to develop, execute, and manage various forms of content to achieve specific business objectives on behalf of clients.

    Development of strategic concepts, data-informed copywriting tactics and implementation of content plans that captivate audiences on multiple platforms, crafting effective content for social media, websites, blogs, and online platforms is essential.

    As an agency, we have capabilities in print design, photo direction and styling, copywriting, product development, package design, video production, content marketing, digital development and design, digital media buying, social media, content creation, and interactive design.


    Specific responsibilities of the Content Strategist include:Analysis of competitor content and customer feedback to inform the development of willing strategies.

    Management of analytics data to identify trends in engagement and adapt accordingly.
    Brainstorm and implement innovative ideas for engaging content that aligns with brand messaging and objectives.
    Evaluate existing platforms for inconsistencies or areas of improvement.
    Content creation including writing, developing, and updating content for multiple channels, such as websites, blogs, and social media channels.
    Content optimization by editing existing content, repurposing as required, keyword research, optimizing key phrases, and increased engagement.
    Collaborate with design and copy teams to support end-user experiences and the online presence of clients.
    Monitor and report on performance across multiple channels, adjusting as necessary to maximize reach.
    Assist in strategic analysis for clients.
    Create strategic proposals and successfully present to clients.
    Create compelling content across all clients and in-house marketing channels, as well as editing materials following brand standards.

    Experience and Skills

    Must be a self-starter with the vision and passion to work in with marketing clients in various industries.
    Proven track record in managing successful creative copy campaigns and projects.
    Minimum of 4 years related experience in advertising, marketing, and sales.
    Understanding of cross-channel and content marketing.
    Must have a high attention to detail ensuring quality standards are met.
    Previous experience working in a client-facing role successfully translating client objectives into project goals and assignments.
    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

    Organized; with the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks or projects simultaneously, meet critical deadlines, and handle stressful situations in a professional manner.

    Ability to adapt and pivot, often without notice, to address critical issues as they arise while still delivering on-time, on-budget departmental goals.

    Competency with social media calendar and publishing tools, reporting tools, platform analytics and insights.
