Not designing themselves, just Project Management (scale, Scope, Budget, etc.)

Work is the deign drawing before the project is handed to the build / construction team

Customer Facing / Professionalism

will need to be able to present

Can be from client-side, doesn't need to come from a contracting / firm

F&B / Distro / Logistics / Industrial

Responsibilities

Review Client contracts

Review Client design program requirements

Client invoicing and change management

Design budgets and design schedules

Financial reporting and invoicing

Manage outside design consultants as required

Permitting due diligence

Weekly Client and internal design meetings

Ensure quality of overall design

Coordinate and provide technical support during construction

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or similar field

Minimum 8 years of experience in building design, construction management, and/or design management experience

PE or NCARB certification is preferred

LEED Accreditation preferred

Ability to travel up to 15%

Experience with Procore preferred
