The candidate will be responsible for

Maintain the health of web servers hosting DCED applications.

Ensure the continued availability, functionality, improvement, and longevity of DCED's applications.

Maintain health of existing database servers and DCED databases hosted on these servers.

Use and enforce Microsoft best practices in maintenance and design of DBs.

Work daily with the development team on improvements and support of DCED applications and their business user's satisfaction.

Manage application knowledge base to ensure continuity via documentation, collaboration with the team, and sharing knowledge.

Do planning for risk factors and disaster recovery for all servers hosting DCED applications and databases.

Responsible for daily operational needs

Follow, support, and implement Division's strategy and vision for DCED's IT application portfolio.
