- Regularly analyze performance metrics and gather market feedback to inform continuous product and strategy enhancement.

- At least 5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in building materials, construction, or a related industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects with cross-functional teams, showing strong leadership and coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to effectively present and persuade at all levels of an organization.
- Highly self-motivated, curious, and capable of initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal oversight.
- High proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems; understanding of analytics and visualization platforms preferred.
- Proven track record of adapting new technologies to solve practical business challenges.
- Demonstrable experience in applying generative AI tools for enhancing business processes, specifically in marketing strategies, planning, and project management.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is preferred.
