- Current Massachusetts RN license; BSN Preferred
- Prior experience in Labor and Delivery and Mother/Baby or postpartum care
- AHA BLS and ACLS certifications, NRP, and fetal monitoring certification are mandatory
- AWHONN Fetal Monitoring Course or NCC EFM certification required within 3 months
- Preference for OR Circulating & Scrub experience
- Experience in NICU or similar settings is a plus

The Birthplace is a 12-bed private room unit for labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum care, including a staffed nursery and various healthcare professionals. The unit is equipped with advanced facilities for maternal and newborn care.
