    **Join Our Dynamic Team as an RN in Inpatient Acute Dialysis** **Job Description:** - Are you a passionate and experienced RN looking for an exciting opportunity in the Inpatient Acute Dialysis unit? - We invite you to join a collaborative team committed to providing exceptional patient care - This is a full-time position offering 40 hours per week with a schedule that includes: - Every other weekend - Rotating holidays - An average of 3-4 on-call days per month, plus one weekend per month **Key Responsibilities:** - Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to care for patients. - Administer prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring adherence to nursing techniques, policies, and state laws. - Document patient care according to established standards. - Develop and execute individualized patient care plans, including patient and family instruction. - Participate in department or unit performance improvement activities, including shared governance. - Provide clinical expertise and guidance to other units/departments in support of patient care. - Utilize critical thinking to enhance patient safety and experience, escalating concerns as needed. **Shift Information:** - Day Shift - Holiday Coverage Required: Yes **Minimum Qualification:** - Less than 1 year of experience as an RN - Current Wisconsin RN License - BLS and ACLS certifications required prior to start **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
