You will work closely with General Counsel and firm attorneys and be responsible for the research and analysis of new client business, updates to existing matters, and various other types of risk management requests.
You may also be involved in the research and analysis of lateral candidates. This role will also include the drafting and reviewing of conflict waiver letters and engagement terms for clients. Additionally, you may be involved in the research and implementation of ethical walls.Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years' of relevant research and analysis experience, and a bachelor's degree, J.D.
