Mentor South Bay provides Early Intervention Applied Behavioral Analysis ABA Behavioral Health and Mental Health Outpatient services across Massachusetts and Connecticut We ve provided a collaborative team-based approach dedicated to helping children adults and families reach their fullest potential If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals and families join our mission-driven team and experience a career well lived Clinical Program Liaison Do you have experience providing rehabilitation services and managing projects Bring your skills to a team-based workplace that puts people first As Clinical Program Liaison you will contribute to the company s mission of providing quality services to the individuals we serve Identify develop and maintain strategic relationships with potential referral sources Implement strategic plans provide training on marketing tools Work with regional Clinical Evaluators to establish evaluate local relationships outreach efforts referral sources supporting these populations Prepare reports of Clinical Evaluators efforts identify regional industry trends make programmatic recommendations Admissions committee Participate in regional national conferences monthly Admission Team Meetings required in-service training Provide contact information reports computerized database system Communicate responsibly program participants family members payors regarding rehabilitation planning admissions Achieve individual admission targets Perform clinical evaluations determine eligibility operating business subsidiary programs Complete all pre-admission Integrity Checklist protocols region referrals
