    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a skilled General Dentist to join our team at Platt Springs Dental Care in Lexington, SC. This is a brand new office coming June 2026, offering a unique opportunity for a dentist to be part of a growing practice.

    The ideal candidate will have a DDS/DMD degree and an active, unrestricted license. They should have clinical knowledge to practice comprehensive dentistry, including diagnosis and treatment of oral health issues. Additionally, they should be committed to continuing their education and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide high-quality dental care to patients, including routine cleanings, fillings, extractions, and other procedures
    • Diagnose and treat oral health issues, including gum disease, cavities, and other conditions
    • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients
    • Communicate effectively with patients, explaining treatment options and providing guidance on oral health and hygiene

    Requirements:

    • DDS/DMD degree, active and unrestricted license
    • Clinical knowledge to practice comprehensive dentistry, including diagnosis and treatment of oral health issues
    • Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients
    • Ability to become credentialed with dental insurance plans
    • Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment
