We are seeking a skilled Ropes Lead who can ensure that our rope systems remain in excellent working condition throughout the summer season. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience maintaining complex outdoor equipment.

A successful candidate will have:

1. The ability to thoroughly inspect ropes on a regular basis, identifying any signs of wear or damage;


2. A high level of physical fitness, enabling them to ascend/descend mountains efficiently;
