    Ardence is a boutique consulting firm, specializing in providing strategic, tactical, and project-based solutions to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries.

    We are hiring a Business Development Representative to support our growing team.

    The job duties for this role are as follows:

    • Call current and prospective clients to discuss our firms services
    • Identify companies and key-stakeholders through industry research
    • Provide internal database Quality Control for client contact information
    • Identify a system of lead generation through professional and industry networks
    • Input business development leads into our database
    • Lead client email marketing initiatives
    • Set appointments or meetings with clients requiring consulting services.
    • Identify companies hiring consultants and understand the scope of each project.

    Desired Qualifications:

    • BS Degree
    • 0-2+ years of sales, business development, and/or recruitment experience
    • Strong communication, relationship building, and lead generation skills.
    • Experience with cold calling and email prospecting.
    • Experience with customer service and support.
    • Experience with account management and expansion.
