Title: Service Desk Analyst
Openings: 2
Location: Bloomington or Indianapolis, Indiana (onsite up to 2 days a month)
Pay: $20.10-$22.40/hr (based on experience/certifications)
Duration: Direct-Hire
Targeted Start Date: July 1st, 2024
Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, 4 weeks of PTO, 401k match, etc.
Shift: 24/7/ days on, 3 days off - every 4 months move to a new shift -
Schedules typically run from 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am
For dayshift, front days are Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and a partial on Wednesday
Back days are Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and a partial on Wednesday
For night shift, front nights is Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Saturday
Back nights are Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday

Insight Global is looking for 2 Service Desk Analyst's that will be responsible for providing quality customer service as they are the hub of communication in support of 20+ projects. This individual will be responsible for providing troubleshooting, monitoring, tracking, resolution, and thorough documentation for all network areas. This analyst will be assisting team members in establishing network and information system needs. This resource will provide customer support for issues, requests, and questions as it relates to all network support areas. They will perform administrative and miscellaneous duties associated with record keeping, inventory, safety and other requirements.
