    Position Overview: As a Virtual Intervention Specialist with ProCare Therapy, you'll have the opportunity to deliver personalized support to students in Ohio from the comfort of your own home. This contract position offers the flexibility to create your own schedule and the autonomy to design individualized interventions for each student. By leveraging teletherapy platforms, you'll engage students in meaningful sessions while addressing their unique academic and behavioral needs.     Location: Remote (Ohio-based)

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct virtual assessments to identify students' strengths, challenges, and intervention needs.
    • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to support students' academic and behavioral goals.
    • Provide direct intervention services to students through teletherapy platforms, utilizing evidence-based strategies and interventions.
    • Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to monitor student progress and adjust intervention plans as needed.
    • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development and review of student goals and objectives.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of intervention sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field.
    • Valid Ohio state licensure as an Intervention Specialist or eligibility for licensure.
    • Previous experience working with students with diverse learning needs, preferably in a teletherapy or virtual setting.
    • Strong knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, families, and team members.
    • Proficiency in using teletherapy platforms and technology to deliver services remotely.
