    Job Title: Software Quality Engineer III

    Location: Remote, USA

    Purpose Statement:

    The Software Quality Engineer III will support the quality system activities related to software development. This position contributes to the completion of milestones associated with software projects.

    Responsibilities:

    • Create test plans, test cases, and automation for new features and enhancements to existing features
    • Develops automated testing systems using commercial tools, scripts and data sets in a continuous integration environment
    • Work with support and implementation team to investigate production support issues and perform root cause analysis
    • Participate in Validation to ensure the software meets user needs requirements for a regulated environment. This includes providing and analyzing test data to drafts of validation report
    • Participate in all aspects of testing, including functional, regression, load and system testing

    Education, Licensure, Certification, Registration:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field with five or more years of experience in software engineering OR Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field with three or more years of experience in software engineering

    Professional Experience:

    • Minimum of 2+ years working in an Agile software development environment
    • Three or more years of experience with writing and executing test plans at different levels (unit, functional, integration, system load and performance testing)
    • Advanced knowledge of Python scripting and testing
