Diesel Mechanic – Omega, OklahomaThis position will be responsible for the diagnosis, repair, and overall maintenance of our crude oil hauling fleet in the Omega, Oklahoma area.

Primary Responsibilities:
Trouble shooting and technical diagnosis of truck performance problemsSkilled repair and maintenance of engines, motors, and related assembliesTracking and executing routine fleet maintenanceEnsuring required documentation is complete and in compliance with regulations and standardsHelping maintain appearance and safety standards of equipment and facilitiesSupporting efficient maintenance department operations by performing duties such as inventory, stocking, and other general functionsFollowing all shop policy, procedure, safety, and environmental rulesAttending staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as requiredPerforming additional tasks as needed to provide a safe, clean environment and assist in meeting production demands of other departmentsPreferred Candidate Requirements:

High school diploma or GED equivalentMinimum of 3 years diesel mechanic experienceKnowledge of DOT inspection standardsStrong judgment, attention to detail, and problem-solving skillsOutstanding work ethic and initiativeEffective verbal communication skillsAvailability on weekends and eveningsCP Energy is headquartered in Edmond, Oklahoma, with operations across Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico.
