- Greet customers as they arrive at the dealership.
- Input customer's information into our CRM tool.
- Showcase the dealership's vehicles and explain their features and warranties
- Answer customer questions about the vehicle and features
- Report to sales manager
- Accompany customer on a demo drive after acquiring their valid driver's license and any other required document
- Negotiate vehicle pricing and trade-in value for customer's vehicle
- Coordinate with the finance department on purchasing options
- Provide a thorough vehicle delivery
- Follow-up with past customers to ensure they are satisfied with their vehicle
- Monthly, weekly, yearly dealership and manufacturer bonus programs to qualified staff
- Full range of benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) and more.
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferably
- Positive attitude, self-motivated individual
- Clear concise communication skills
- Ability to call and email previous and potential customers
