    What you'll do...We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our Supply Chain team.

    This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to Walmart's ongoing efforts in adopting automation and optimizing our supply chain operations.

    As an Engineer at Walmart, you'll have the chance to apply your expertise to drive efficiency, improve process quality, and maintain the highest level of quality standards.

    Join us in shaping the future of retail through innovation and automationPrimary ResponsibilitiesMonitor and analyze quality performance metrics using statistical tools to identify trends, patterns, areas for improvement, and top loss for the facilityImplement corrective/preventive actions to resolve quality issues and eliminate recurrenceLead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency, reduce waste, and improve process qualityContribute to cross-functional teams in developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives for end-to-end business applicationCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance on process design and improvementPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related fieldStrong knowledge of quality management principles, tools, and techniquesProficient in the use of process mapping, data analysis, and statistical tools (Minitab)Familiar with data management systems and coding applicationsExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to think analyticallyStrong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skillsThis position is not eligible for sponsorship.
