- Five to eight years of supervisory, leadership, and/or related experience.
- Microsoft Office and Outlook experience.
- Time management, organizational, oral/written communication skills.
- Oversee manufacturing facility production and office personal in addition to assigned remote locations.
- Meet daily objectives in production, customer service, quality, and shipping of customer orders.
- Ensure material is safely and accurately loaded onto delivery vehicles and orders are delivered to our customer within customer requirements.
- Coordinate and perform necessary tasks to ensure the facility is operating efficiently and effectively.
- Communicate with company managers on a daily basis insuring objectives have been achieved in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner.
- Supervise the production and office teams and assist in employee needs for the facility.
