Our advisor-led wealth management businesses provide financial planning investment management banking and comprehensive advice to a wide range of clients including ultra-high net worth and high net worth individuals as well as family offices foundations and endowments and corporations and their employees.Responsibilities
Partner with the Corporate Relationship Managers RMs to support clients and their programs identify methods or solutions that optimize client engagement uncover efficiencies tools resources improve client experience Analyze existing corporate accounts identify expansion opportunities position Ayco services advance regular meetings Work with RMs determine develop appropriate materials used at client meetings Collaborate with RMs develop materials requested by clients agendas presentations program utilization reports program communications proposals program reviews roll out materials program timelines etc Build strong relationships internal counterparts attend client meetings as needed Maintain institutional opportunities for region assist documentation follow-up from client discussions both internally externally Strategize marketing team marketing material creation Assist RMs project management efforts large corporate implementations roll outs Update weekly monthly regional opportunityactivity reports preparedeliver utilization outcomes other reports service lines Facilitate responses Request Proposals RFPS as needed line with RFP process update RFPT database Attend onsite engagement sessions corporate accounts benefit fairs program kickoffs ongoing relationship engagement Develop financial education content applicableJob description
