    FCS CT Global Director, PMO and OpEx

    Responsibilities

    Drive continuous improvement and OpEx initiatives, overseeing the PMO function at Chem-Trend.
    Collaborate closely with organization leaders to achieve robust business results and sustainable growth.
    Implement best practices in lean and project management to establish processes emphasizing speed, risk-taking, and organizational effectiveness improvement.
    Enhance the expertise of PMOs and influential leaders across five regions.

    Oversee the selection, development and completion of mission-critical business projects ensuring completion on time and within budget; manage and allocate resources effectively.

    Governance and leadership of projects and initiatives supporting our strategic plan.
    Create training programs and workshops to boost proficiency in project management, Kaizen, and lean tools.

    Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across all functions, emphasizing problem-solving and lean best practices at every level of the organization.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field; Master's degree strongly preferred
    12+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing or related industry
    7+ years of experience leading complex improvement initiatives and program management within large organizations
    Extensive experience driving transformational change and managing complex business initiatives
    Willingness to travel globally approximately 30%
