- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams including the executives
- Source engineering and go-to-market candidates using Lever, LinkedIn, and Teamable with experience in AI/ML
- Manage the operations and efficiency of the recruiting process for the entire recruiting function from initial candidate contact to the offer stage, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for all candidates
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all recruitment activities in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Participate in recruitment events and networking opportunities to build relationships and promote Anyscale as an employer of choice
- Be a positive force and a culture carrier in our San Francisco office to benefit our candidates and Anyscale employees alike
- Bachelors degree in a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in a technology-focused environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and staff
- Experience with any ATS system and proficiency in Google Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and adapt to new challenges

This is a part-time position requiring a commitment of at least 32 hours per week, and compensation will be on an hourly basis.
