    Responsible for performing data entry associated with the accounting/finance processes in the Beverly plant.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
    • Enters finished goods production data corporate systems
    • Prepares, compiles and sorts documents for data entry
    • Checks source documents for accuracy and verify data and correct data where necessary
    • Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required
    • Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files and forms
    • Scan documents into document management systems or databases
    • Participates in projects and process improvement tasks as assigned
    • Comply with data integrity and security policies
    Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.     • 2 years data entry experience required.
    • Demonstrated customer service, written/verbal communications, and multi-tasking skills.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, specifically Excel.
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed
