- Enters finished goods production data corporate systems
- Prepares, compiles and sorts documents for data entry
- Checks source documents for accuracy and verify data and correct data where necessary
- Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required
- Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files and forms
- Scan documents into document management systems or databases
- Participates in projects and process improvement tasks as assigned
- Comply with data integrity and security policies
- 2 years data entry experience required.
- Demonstrated customer service, written/verbal communications, and multi-tasking skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, specifically Excel.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed
