HVAC Service Manager Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, hire, train and improve the filed technicians.
Work with the dispatch department to make sure the right technician goes to the right job.
Bring more energy than you take, because you will set the tone every day for the entire department.
Inspire technicians to hit their goals.
Train, develop and hold your team accountable to exceptional performance standards.
Maintain operational excellence through invoice completion, inventory control, safety awareness, and accurate reporting.
Provide a constant flow of product training.
HVAC Service Manager Qualifications:
Excellent leadership skills and team mentality to enhance team productivity and standards of work produced.
EPA Certification
Ability to prioritize, set goals, manage multiple tasks, and handle deadlines.
Familiarity with Service Titan is preferred but not required.
5+ years of progressive experience in maintenance, diagnosing & troubleshooting, and correcting diverse HVAC system issues.
Be proficient using a computer and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and Outlook).
