- End user support specifically in a bank/financial institution
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong understanding of Windows computers and how they operate.
- Experience with installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, and peripherals (printers and scanners).
- The consultant should also be organized, detail oriented and have basic troubleshooting skills during work.
- Highly required to have communication skills and ability to guide non-technical users with step-by-step solutions to resolve an issue.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Windows 10 Enterprise environment.
NICE TO HAVE: - Familiarity with Avamar, Cisco Jabber, Ivanti's LANDESK and MobileIron, Trellix, and Symantec.

Desktop/Laptop Windows Version Upgrade project The Successful Applicant MUST HAVE:
* Ensure the monthly security patches and critical patches are deployed to all workstations and laptops
* End-user PC improvement project
* Assist in the deployment of Windows 10 to new workstations and the hands-on installation and/or migration
* IT Hardware Asset-PC write-off project
* Assist in PC parts removal and inventory
* Assist in organizing blacklist and\or whitelist across platforms
* PC cross-platform management project
*Assist in PC software installation, connection and version control
