    Description
    At Reynolds and Reynolds we pride ourselves on our award-winning recognition for customer service.

    As a Customer Consultant you will establish and maintain a working relationship with customers across the United States while delivering a high level of service and support.

    As the single point of ownership for dealership computer software issues, you will be responsible for assuring complete customer satisfaction.

    In this entry-level position you will be fully trained to act as a trainer, trouble-shooter, and a consultant. If you enjoy problem-solving, critical thinking, and working with others on a daily basis, then this is the job for you


    REQUIREMENTS:
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    Excellent customer service skills
    Ability to think critically, analytically, and problem solve
    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    Ability to work in a team environment
