    Job Title: Residential Lead HVAC Tech

    We are seeking an experienced and skilled Residential Lead HVAC Tech to join our team at R & T Yoder HVAC, Inc in Columbus, OH.

    About the Job:

    This is a full-time opportunity that offers a competitive hourly wage of up to $40/hour, depending on experience, as well as a $300 sign-on bonus.

    You will also be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401(k), 2 weeks of paid time off (PTO) that increases based on time of service, 2 paid sick days, paid holidays, monthly bonus opportunities, and a company vehicle and uniforms.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead a team of HVAC technicians in residential installations, repairs, and maintenance.
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as removing old HVAC systems and installing new ones.
    • Train junior team members on HVAC systems and local codes.
    • Communicate effectively with clients and customers to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service.
    • Order and maintain equipment, run pipe and duct systems through homes, and interpret wiring diagrams.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices by attending training sessions and workshops.

    Requirements:

    • 4+ years of HVAC field experience.
    • Knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems and local codes.
    • Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
    • Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
