    Overview:


    We are adding a newly created Partnerships Manager role (can be director for the right candidate) who is responsible for managing go-to-market collaboration and revenue creation with Profitero's partners.


    Who you are:
    Sales and commercially driven at your core
    5-10 years of experience in the AdTech/SaaS industries with a proven track record of establishing successful

    revenue driving

    partnerships and partner Go to Market strategies
    Familiarity with commerce ad and marketing tech stack Skai, Pacvue Salsify, Circana as examples
    Familiarity with partner management tools like Cross Beam and CRM (Salesforce)
    Proven success in project management, including leading, organizing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously
    Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast paced ever changing environment
    Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders and achieve outcomes
    Demonstrated ability to think creatively and solve problems in partnership with business leaders
    Demonstrated ability to approach challenges with a positive and solution-focused mindset
    Self-starter with a proactive mindset- identifying opportunities and the confidence to explore them


    What you'll do:
    Maximize pipeline and revenue from Profitero's existing partner relationships and create new commercial GTM streams with existing and new partners including new product / solution bundles
    Manage and oversee processes for joint lead sharing and tracking with partners
    Identify partner marketing opportunities to generate more leads
    Be subject matter expert for sales teams and account managers on partner integrations, the value proposition, pricing models and operational support model
    Manage and create joint pitch decks and sales enablement tools for selling partner solutions
