As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, beers, wines, and spirits, to our guests.

You will utilize your expertise in mixology to create innovative and high-quality drinks while providing friendly and attentive service.

Your role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring that every guest feels valued and appreciated throughout their visit.

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, beers, wines, and spirits, according to guest preferences and company standards.
• Utilize your knowledge of mixology techniques, beverage ingredients, and cocktail recipes to craft innovative and high-quality drinks.
• Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, engaging with them to recommend drinks, answer questions, and fulfill orders promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar, including restocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately, following company procedures and protocols.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a bartender in a fast-paced hospitality environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, beverage ingredients, and cocktail recipes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be of legal drinking age in your location.
• A passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
