- Act as liaison between customer, shipping, engineering, supplier, and international trade compliance.
- Support requests from international and domestic field office personnel, carriers, and freight forwarders to resolve logistic and customer order accuracy issues as they occur.
- Analyze and maintain export records and special documents; generate commercial invoices.
- Ensure adherence to current Customs requirements based on order origin and destination.
- Efficiently and effectively communicate across multiple departments and platforms.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of parts and packages.
- Demonstrated track record of embracing new ideas and implementing process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Self-motivated critical thinker with solid communication and exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Manage multiple tasks and be willing to work in a fast-paced, agile team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Elevator parts knowledge and technical knowledge/ability to read engineering drawings are a plus.
- Licensed Customs Broker is strongly preferred.
