- Develop and apply advanced quantitative modeling techniques to enable data-driven prioritization of Montai's therapeutic discovery efforts
- Develop analytics pipelines leveraging compelling data visualizations to enhance communication of key quantitative insights, enabling optimization of drug development milestones

- MS in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Computational Chemistry, Bioinformatics, or related quantitative field
- 3-5 years experience hands-on experience in pharmaceutical industry experience, leveraging predictive modeling, optimization, and other advanced analytics to accelerate development
- Cross-functional mindset and communication skills to distill analytics insights into compelling, actionable recommendations for leadership
- Superior communication skills to explain complex analytics insights and influence executive-level stakeholders

Position Summary
We are seeking an innovative Senior Analytics Engineer to join Montai Health's industry-leading analytics team on the cutting edge of drug discovery. In this role, you will employ advanced analytics techniques including our proprietary CONECTA platform to generate revolutionary insights powering rapid advancement of high-potential therapeutic candidates. Collaborating cross-functionally with leadership and stakeholders, you will optimize end-to-end analytical processes and champion expanded use of predictive analytics for data-driven decision making. Your contributions will be critical as we continue pioneering new techniques that propel the discovery of life-changing therapies.
As a key analytics leader, you will spearhead development of compelling proposals harnessing our robust in-house capabilities to unlock step-change advances across the pipeline.
