SMT Operators
2nd shift - Monday - Thursday
3:15 pm to 1:45 am
Contract to Hire

Summary
Experienced SMT Operators with solid work histories needed for multiple contract to hire 2nd shift opportunities
DUTIES:

• Load and assist with setup and staging of product on the SMT lines.
• Perform setup and tear down on all feeders for all pick and place machines
• Assist the operator in setting up and running all pick and place machines
• Assist in building of electronic assemblies as needed
• Perform manual placement of SMT and PIH components

EXPERIENCE:

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, job orders, specifications, drawings, schematics, process sheets, wiring diagrams, and small print
• Ability to read and understand load plans
• Intermediate component identification skills
• Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to produce quality results
• Ability to work in a high volume, high detail work environment
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow instructions
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to manipulate and work with small parts

Required Education:

• High School Diploma or GED
