Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality Operations Director to join our team at the World Equestrian Center in Wilmington, OH. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing large-scale hospitality operations and be able to lead and motivate a team of staff members.The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of hospitality operations including front office management, housekeeping revenue management food beverage retail sales marketing efforts ensuring outstanding customer service maintain established company policies processes related to customer service techniques proper identification payments up-selling assist budgeting process ensure weekly forecast completed timely manner assure proper sanitation cleanliness maintained throughout property including guest room accommodations public areas food beverage areas offices grounds inspect minimum units week prepare inspection report Asset Manager results progress weekly basis handle respond guests concerns requests timely manner ensure accuracy attainment guest interaction logs quality control follow-through maintain positive timely team member relations annual reviews coaching counseling ongoing training development direct train managers supervisors developing executing action plans training encourage professional growth reduce employee turnover oversee scheduling staff adequate staffing keeping within staffing guidelines budgetary constraints productivity standards ensure monthly department meetings held.
