    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our manufacturing team.

    The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll administration, benefits administration, legal compliance, training and development, dispute resolution, performance management and safety compliance.

    This role requires an individual with a strong understanding of HR practices and strategies to ensure the effective and consistent delivery of HR services across the organization.

    Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, hiring, and onboarding to attract top-tier talent.
    Oversee employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs to promote a positive work environment.
    Administer payroll and manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
    Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in all HR practices, including employment law, labor law, and OSHA regulations.
    Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
    Manage performance appraisals and talent management systems to drive employee performance and growth.
    Use HRIS and MS Office Suite to maintain employee records and generate reports.
    Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in a HR Generalist role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

    Proven experience in recruitment, hiring, talent acquisition, employee engagement, payroll administration, benefits administration, legal compliance, training and development, dispute resolution, performance management, and safety compliance.

    Strong knowledge of employment law, labor law, OSHA regulations, and other relevant legal regulations.
    Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS.
