Job summary
The Hospice Physician has responsibility for the medical direction of the care and treatment of patients and their families rendered by HSI in collaboration and consultation with the patient's primary care physician.This includes maintaining quality standards in the healthcare provided to HSI patients. The Hospice Physician provides education to community physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding the benefits of HSI programs and services while consistently demonstrating the Hospice Savannah values.
