    POSITION OVERVIEW

    As the Manager of Digital Media, you will be a key leader responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of digital media strategies to elevate our brand presence, engage target audiences, and drive revenue generation.

    Leveraging your expertise in digital media planning, buying, and analytics, you will develop and manage integrated digital campaigns across various platforms.

    Your in-depth knowledge of the luxury hospitality and entertainment industry will contribute to the resort's continued success as a premier destination for unforgettable experiences in the digital landscape.


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
    Work with the Senior Manger to develop comprehensive digital media strategies that align with the resort's marketing objectives and target audience
    Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to plan digital media buys and allocate budgets effectively
    Execute digital media buys across various platforms, including display ads, social media, email marketing, and programmatic advertising
    Negotiate favorable terms with media vendors to maximize the impact of campaigns
    Lead the execution of integrated digital media campaigns that complement marketing initiatives and reinforce brand messaging
    Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital channels
    Analyze digital media performance data to track campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
    Optimize digital media strategies based on performance insights and industry trends
    Oversee social media advertising campaigns, engaging with target audiences and leveraging data to enhance campaign success
    Implement strategies to grow and engage the resort's social media following
    Manage email marketing campaigns and customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives to nurture guest relationships and drive loyalty
    Personalize email communications to increase engagement and conversions
    Manage digital media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI
    Monitor spending and track expenses within budgetary guidelines
    Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with digital media vendors and partners
    Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts for digital media placements
    Temporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessary

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

    Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
    Three (3) years progressive experience as a Digital Media Manager or a similar role in the luxury hospitality or entertainment industry
    Demonstrated success in developing and implementing media strategies that drive brand awareness and revenue growth
    In-depth knowledge of media planning, buying, and performance analytics
    Expertise in both digital and traditional media channels, including social media, programmatic advertising, print, radio, and TV
    Proficiency in using media planning and analytics tools
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and optimize media campaigns
    Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
    Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
    Knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and email marketing platforms
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
    Creative thinking and attention to detail to contribute to compelling marketing materials and campaigns.
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
    Strong communication and influencing skills
    Excellent project management skills, delivering on time and budget
    Ability to articulate the differences between different product lines and their positioning
    Strong written and verbal skills
    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    Ability to learn various systems and databases quickly including data visualization tools

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
    This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

    CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
    Member must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.

    LANGUAGE SKILLS
    Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in English may also be required.

    REASONING ABILITY
    Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

    The Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and must have the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.
