Job Title: Physical Therapist

This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives by developing and implementing effective treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and lead therapy sessions tailored to restore physical, social, and mental functions while meeting department objectives.
• Promote collaboration as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups.
• Conduct thorough evaluations to ensure high-quality care and address areas requiring attention.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using clinical techniques and tools.
• Provide therapy interventions following established protocols and techniques.
• Establish discharge plans and communicate them to relevant parties.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation within deadlines.
• Supervise assigned assistants and complete additional job-related tasks as assigned.
• Collaborate with disciplines to evaluate team goals and establish realistic treatment programs.

Requirements:

• 6 months of recent experience in the field.
• Graduation from an accredited school of physical therapy.
• BLS certification is mandatory.
• An active state license is required.
• Exhibit exceptional professionalism when interacting with patients, families, physicians, and hospital staff.
