Job summary
Monitor incoming Service Request Fulfillment queue, including analysis of the incoming Request to better understand the customer's business & technical needs, prioritizing dates, scheduling, assigning/re-assigning as appropriate. Collaborate with other internal/external Bank teams such as Operations, Engineering, and Requestors on core design requirements/standards and impact assessment.

Responsibilities
- Create proxy/malware designs based on service requests. Leverage designated tools and resources to create technical designs that will drive implementation during a pre-approved change window as necessary.
- Responsible for documentation monitoring troubleshooting evaluation of network infrastructure systems working towards solving resolving network issues when necessary Perform design validation testing pre-work in non-production environments when necessary ensure successful implementation in production Maintain accurate records requests communications utilizing system record Communicate status progress customer daily via system record respond requests customers timely manner Identify solution plan prepare required documents Adhere Bank processes representing change Change Committee meetings Design Review sessions Create modify represent appropriate change records prior implementing hand-off Provide resolution support Suppliers Bank teams Ensure new systems monitored alarming ticket generation tested additions deletions entered system record monitoring updated timely basis Work Bank teams customers solutions aligned support requirements transition delivery new systems upgrades seamlessly transitioned production support suppliers Provide proper hand off ticket/design relevant details necessary
