- Management of projects as an Owners Representative during Pre-Construction through warranty period services.
- Maintain client relationships, customer satisfaction and setting stakeholder expectations.
- Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC)
- Assessment studies, design review, constructability review, and project scheduling.
- Attend regular project/progress report meetings.
- Coordinate Requests for Information (RFI).
- Change Orders, Pay Applications, Site Inspections, Submittal & Shop Drawings Review, Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Manuals and Project Closeout.
- Monitor projects for potential disruption of the schedule, cost increase, and maintaining scope.
- At least 5 years of experience
- Ability to achieve necessary technical execution of Owners project requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Background in Architecture or Engineering a plus.
- LEED Accreditation a plus
- Proven project leadership and professional demeanor.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage deadlines to meet tight deadlines and strict schedules.
- Experienced with Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel.
- Experience with Scheduling software such as Microsoft Project,
- Good communication skills (written & verbal) in order to communicate complex information and technical details and ensure that all members of the team are aware of deadlines.
- Problem-Solving Abilities to handle unexpected issues and hold-ups and solve any challenges that arise over the course of a build.
