    Automotive Acquisition Specialist
    Full-Time Opportunity: 5 Day Work Week
    Weekend availability.

    Summary
    Engages with consumers interested in selling their current vehicles.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES
    The primary responsibilities include the following, with the potential for additional tasks as needed:

    • Communicating with incoming customers.
    • Appraising vehicles brought into the store.
    • Managing all Auto Trader leads.
    • Managing all Kelly Blue Book CASH offer leads.
    • Updating CRM tool with current prospects.
    • Offering test drives to all prospects and following dealership procedures for identification.
    • Utilizing dealership follow-up system.
    • Demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
    • Setting personal income goals aligned with dealership productivity standards and devising strategies to achieve them.
    • Participating in sales training courses as directed by management.
    • Maintaining a prospect development system.
    • Evaluating daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly actions to improve time management and planning.
    • Maintaining a professional appearance.
    • Appraising and handling lease returns.
    • Managing inventory.
    • Handling ROs (Repair Orders) and details.
    • Providing vehicle descriptions and managing certification labels.

    Qualifications:
    Valid Driver's License
    2 + years of previous experience
    1 year of dealership setting experience.

    Salary:
    $60, $100, per year inclusive of commission and bonuses
