- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist Residents with daily living activities, including meal delivery, turning, ambulating, and ensuring proper fluid and nourishment intake.
- Support Residents with personal hygiene needs.
- Monitor Residents' health status and communicate any concerns to the overseeing nurse.
- Record Residents' food and fluid consumption.
- Help Residents with eating and offering nutritional supplements.
- Maintain Residents' living spaces by making beds and ensuring cleanliness.
- Escort Residents within the facility.
- Collaborate with nurses and other team members when necessary.
- Comply with professional standards and facility protocols.
- Follow federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines.
- Safeguard the confidentiality of Resident and Facility information.
