    General Description:

    Site-Safe is hiring a highly motivated Sales Representative who will help develop and manage key accounts in Kentucky & Tennessee. We are searching for a qualified and results-oriented individual that be responsible for achieving revenue and profit objectives, will analyze market trends, maintain existing accounts, and establish & grow new accounts through vigorous prospecting.

    Product Responsibilities:

    · Traffic Control Device sales & rentals

    · Barrier & Barricade sales & rentals

    · Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) sales & rentals

    Responsibilities:

    The Sales Representative's position involves account management, new business development, contract negotiations & management, customer relations, and key marketing efforts to ensure future growth.

    a. Works with the Vice President of Sales to develop sales plans that include customer service, sales goals, and marketing actions to help meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets.

    b. The Sales Professional's primary responsibility is to serve our customers timely through the sale and rental of products & services and maintain these various accounts efficiently to grow the business through outstanding customer service, customer and project visits, and sales-call related efforts governing major markets throughout the Kentucky & Tennessee.

    c. Utilize networking events, product demonstrations & presentations, lead generation programs and agency bid opportunities to locate new project leads.

    d. Utilize ERP system to manage the sales order process.

    e. Understands agency roadway construction standards and specifications.

    f. Works closely with Sales Coordinator.

    g. Works closely with the Senior Sales Manager to discover product synergies amongst current and potential clientele.

    Works with Operations for service scheduling, required traffic control planning, and other related

    b. Active in seeking new leads to various lead generating resources.

    c. Provides take-offs, prepares quotations & estimates.

    d. Works closely with vendor representatives for product support, product training, marketing opportunities and to seek best unit price to maximize profitability.

    e. Prepares sales data to present during monthly sales review meetings.

    f. Submits a weekly activity report.

    g. Works to ensure healthy sales pipeline.

    n. Monitors existing product lines for continuous improvement, as well as proposing new products for future growth.

    o. Represents company at relevant industry conferences.

    3.Job Activities

    a. Communicating with Persons outside Organization – Communicating with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers, the public, government, state departments, and other external sources.     b. Prepare weekly sales report using the SWOT (Strengths-Weaknesses-Opportunities-Threats) analysis.

    d. Anticipated travel volume will fluctuate during the seasons but is expected to be near 40% with five customer touches per travel day.

    4.Compensation

    a. Compensation based on experience. Experience level preferred is 5 or more years in an equivalent or similar industry.
