    • Departamento de Moldeo: pesar, inspeccionar, empaquetar, estibar el producto. entre otras relacionadas con el desempeño de su trabajo (la empresa fabrica tapas a prueba de niños para empresas como Tylenol, Advil, etc.). Debe ser capaz de ejecutar entre 6-8 máquinas, funcionando con equipos automatizados; estarán reemplazando y sellando cajas. 
    • Departamento de Línea de Producción: tendrá más funciones de maquinista y hará ajustes básicos a la máquina para mantenerla funcionando correctamente. Los operarios de línea deben ser capaces de manejar 2-3 líneas al mismo tiempo. 
      • Vacantes disponibles: 20
      • Tipo de empleo: Tiempo completo
      • Salario: $17.00/hora de día y $19.00/hora de noche.
      • Horas por semana: Semana 1: 47 horas / Semana 2: 36 horas. 
      • Tiempo extra: Las que quieran una vez formados. La formación dura aproximadamente 2 semanas. 
      • Semana Laboras: El domingo es el día de inicio, la fábrica trabaja toda la semana, cada semana tiene un horario diferente.
      • Turnos: 6:45am-7:00pm / 6:45pm-7:00am 
      • Formas de pago: Depósito directo o cheque. 
      • Descanso: 1/2 hora de almuerzo y tres descansos de 15 min. 
      Requisitos
      • Certificado de antecedentes penales: Debe ser completado y aprobado antes de que abandonen el lugar de contratación. 
      • Prueba de drogas: se realizan controles aleatorios mensuales.
      • Capacidad física: Levantar 20lbs-30lbs, ocasionalmente levantar hasta 50lbs, levantar 20lbs-30lbs por encima de la altura de los hombros repetidamente. Debe ser capaz de maniobrar varias máquinas a la vez con asistencia de equipo automatizado y ser capaz de caminar largas distancias y estar de pie hasta un máximo de 12 horas al día. Estos trabajos son físicamente exigentes y requieren atención al detalle.

      Transporte:

      • Transporte aéreo: El empleador pagará el coste y luego lo deducirá del salario y lo reembolsará el día 90 de empleo. Vuelo de regreso a casa al finalizar el contrato siempre que completen su periodo de 6 meses. 
      • Gastos de alimentación durante el viaje: $30 solo durante el día del vuelo desde el lugar de contratación hasta el lugar de trabajo.
      • Transporte hacia el lugar de trabajo: La empresa ha contratado un servicio de transporte (Van) que se desplaza entre el lugar de trabajo y vivienda, sin coste alguno para el empleado mientras dure el contrato.

        Transporte adicional: Zona urbana, taxis/Uber disponibles, se puede ir andando a la ciudad, autobuses públicos disponibles.

        6 - 12 meses – $86.53 semanal
