Description
**Job Description:**
As a warehouse materials handler, this role will be responsible for working internally with our clinical customers and fulfilling clinical supplies.
+ Establish, inventory and replenish adequate supply levels, including exchange and parcarts to support daily activities for nursing and ancillary departments.
+ Documents all supply replenishment performed enter issues/ credits, patient care equipment and charges.
+ Processes patient and supply charges for interfacing and dayclose activities
+ Monitors, rotates, removes and documents all outdated and overstocked supplies, checking for any damage to items.
+ Enters supply replenished par level forms, including par, Pyxis inventory, or exchange carts to support daily activities for nursing and ancillary departments.
+ Verifies inventory and control levels for all nursing and schedules ancillary departments.
+ Physically stocks, and pick needed supplies for delivery to nursing and ancillary departments.
+ Promotes mission, vision, and values of Intermountain Health, and abides by service behavior standards.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
+ May be required to float to other departments (within scope of competency and qualifications) based on business need.
+ May be required to be placed on-call during a regularly scheduled shift.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ High School Diploma or GED is required
