    Central Oklahoma Community Mental Health Center (COCMHC) - Child & Family - Norman, OK is searching for therapists to provide mental health services to children and adolescents.

    COCMHC provides mental health services to infants, young children, and adolescents.

    Applicants with experience providing services to early childhood and middle childhood age consumers are encouraged to apply The person selected will be responsible for all aspects of service delivery including treatment planning and progress documentation.

    Robust training opportunities are available to further the applicant's education. Must have a license in a mental health field or have approved supervision for licensure. Person must have strong assessment skills. The incumbent will be trained in a variety of assessment tools and evidence-based interventions. Applicants interested in providing services that are trauma informed, strength based, and family focused are encouraged to apply

    Job Type/Salary:

    • Full-time positions
    • FLSA Status: Exempt
    • Salary: LBHP - $70, plus benefits)
    LCBHP - $65, plus benefits)


    Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
    *LBHP: Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling or closely related field; and must be a practitioner with a license to practice in the state issued by one of the following licensure boards: Psychology; Social Work (clinical specialty only); Professional Counselor; Marriage and Family Therapist; Behavioral Practitioner; or Alcohol and Drug Counselor. (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LBP, LADC, LADC/MH)

    *LCBHP: Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or closely related field; and must be actively and regularly receiving board approved supervision, and extended supervision by a fully licensed clinician if board's supervision requirement is met but the individual is not yet licensed, to become licensed by one of the following licensure boards: Psychology, Social Work (clinical specialty only); Professional Counselor; Marriage and Family Therapist; Behavioral Practitioner; or Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
