Unparalleled Security is seeking a new Director of Security to oversee our security guard operations and mid level management team.

throughout the Twin Cities at various types of facilities such as Hotels, Residential Properties, Event Centers, Commercial space and more.

This position will require the candidate to be the direct point of contract for client facing communication as well as managing the mid level management team on day to day operations.

Furthermore, it will be expected that the new candidate will not only use the systems we currently have but create new systems of efficiencies and more.

This candidate will be required to have at least 5 years experience in the security/military/pd industry as well as multiple years managing people and systems.
