    Position Summary:
    Responsibilities include planning, estimating, scheduling, tracking and preparing of events within the athletic facilities and fields
    Requires a high level of skill in resource management and customer relations

    Responsibilities include the following:
    Comply with Work Control guidelines, policy and procedures, strict adherence to safety polices and compliance, use of AD monthly calendar and government publications
    Maintain a close working relationship with the AD Events staff
    Is responsible to the AD Support Manager and coordinates closely with the other dept's within AD support

    Responsibilities:

    • Communicate with the AD Events staff to schedule athletic areas and identify specific and general requirements for said events.
    • Maintain visibility on the USAFA AD Master Calendar identifying Athletic events.
    • Develop and assign labor and material estimates as needed in support of AD Events.
    • Schedule work event plans to specific disciplines, by estimating man-hours within the required parameters for event.
    • Monitor on-going events for status and make changes as needed to meet event mission requirements.
    • Communicate with managers, supervisors, leads, trades and customers to identify work requirements, schedule de-conflict, status and delays, and coordinate additional resources with applicable disciplines.
    • Use computer and phone to relay and receive information concerning work orders.
    • Read and develop drawings, sketches and schematics to identify and relay work requirements for events as needed.
    • Monitoring of facilities for un-authorized users, reporting of repairs and tracking of such.
    • Event set up and tear down execution as per plans and schedule without interfering with daily on-going AD activities.
    • Will coordinate the efforts of the Event Facilities crew under the supervision of AD Support Management, which may be to support other duties assigned to support the Cadet Support Services Contract outside of AD
